Mutation
Introduction
Gene mutation, in biological terms, refers to the sudden and permanent changes in the genetic genes in cells (usually DNA in the cell nucleus). It includes point mutations caused by changes in a single base, or deletions, duplications, and insertions of multiple bases. The cause may be errors in the replication of genetic genes during cell division, or the effects of chemicals, genotoxicity, radiation, or viruses. Mutations usually lead to abnormal cell function or cell death, and can even cause cancer in higher organisms.
We have launched Mutation standards, which are suitable for daily quality control and performance verification to ensure high specificity and repeatability of test results and improve test accuracy.
